Any information we hold on clients (or potential clients) is the result of your approaching us or a request for us to contact you, and is limited to what we need in order for us to provide a service to you and to operate our business.

When you first contact us or send an enquiry via our website we may collect personal details such as your name, email, postal address. We do not hold any payment or financial details. We need this information to process your request for bed and breakfast. We will not add your address to any mailing lists and we do not send out any newsletters or e-news publications. We will only use your personal information to contact you to confirm your booking and make arrangements for your stay. We do not share or disclose this information to any third party.

In booking bed and breakfast with us you consent to our holding this information. Generally we retain it until you are no longer a customer, however, if you do not wish us to do this please let us know and we will delete such details from our system.

Personal information held on our computer is only available to Caroline Baker, the proprietor of Baldwin House Bed and Breakfast. All paperwork relating to the process of your booking is kept securely.

Our website does not include options for customers to log in, leave comments or to upload media.

If you wish to see any personal data that we hold about you, please ask us using the contact details above and we will be happy to provide it.
